These small square (11mm x 11mm) aluminium vaned heatsinks are designed to stick on top of various integrated circuits (e.g. micro controllers, memory, power supply controllers etc), they can be used as singles or stacked side by side for larger chips. They come complete with double sided adhesive 3M tape which has very high thermal conductance. Supplies in packs of 4.
